Super nice and very communicative! Highly recommend Michael!

Michael is a very nice guy and no question about his love for animals. His calm demeanor is like an “Animal Whisperer”. We had no problem leaving our cat and dog with him, and it was obvious they liked him. The only misunderstanding is that we hadn’t discussed with Michael about his having a friend stay over; we were across the country and through our Ring system, discovered another car and what turns out to be his girlfriend. This should have been discussed and we should have been able to meet her beforehand. We don’t know Rover’s protocol. Michael was understanding and sorry; he said he thought we knew that he had a girlfriend. I don’t think he would do that again without getting prior authorization. And I definitely don’t think he would hang out with a questionable person, but his girlfriend isn’t vetted by Rover. Wonder how that works with Rover when someone’s guest stays for an extended period of time; it’s normal to want company.
