We live in a single family home in south Rutland (part of Kelowna, BC). It is just my wife and I at home. We are dog lovers but haven't had a dog for a few years. We have owned everything from a little lap dog to a full grown Saint Bernard (who liked to think of herself as a lap dog!) I worked at a Veterinary clinic for four years so I have been around all breeds. We have a large, fully fenced yard but we will still take your best friend out on a leash just to be extra careful. Our house is a rancher-style so that means no stairs for your dog to worry about. Your dog can have full access to our entire home. Your best friend can also sleep wherever you think he/she would be most comfortable. If he/she has a favourite blanket or cushion to sleep on please bring it along if possible. We live in a very quiet neighbourhood with plenty of places to go for walks. There are sidewalks and street lights everywhere so it's very safe. Between our two jobs there is usually someone home most of the day. We would like nothing more than to welcome your pet in to our home!
