Mike is a huge animal lover, of all types of animals. He has extensive knowledge in dogs, cats, reptiles, small mammals, and fish. He also has a certificate in dog training from Karen Pryor. Mike doesn't discriminate against dog breeds, his own dog is a Pit mix named Luna, that he rescued from a shelter. When he first got her, she was afraid to let anyone touch her and was afraid to get on furniture. Now she is a huge love bug, let's anyone give her love and sleeps on his bed with him. He has owned cats in the past as well as various reptiles. Mike has personal experience with bearded dragons, water dragons, tortoises, and turtles. He has also owned mice and gerbils. He works at a pet store with guinea pigs, hamster and snakes, as well as the above mentioned animals; therefore he has experience taking care of and handling various animals and keeps up to date on animals supplies, food, tips and know-how. Mike is an amazing guy that loves animals and would love to help others take care of their fur-family when they need help.
