I have raised two Great Danes from when they were seven week old puppies. They grow so fast! One of our Danes requires special care due to health problems and social problems, so I'm used to providing medications and dealing with socially sensitive dogs. I was born into a family with a dog and have had dogs in the family ever since, including my own two lovable Great Danes. We have a total of five dogs in my family that live nearby that range in size, physical activity level, and level of care needed. I am always around neighbors' dogs and dogs around town and they always have a strong liking to me. My own mother says that animals have always found a liking in me. I guess care and compassion goes a long ways. I am happily retired as a Mechanical Engineer at a young age. My schedule is open although I race rally cars throughout the year and enjoy traveling. I want to spend my time now to experience the world and love the puppies!
