I grew up caring for dogs, birds, cats, ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish (fresh water and salt water), amphibians/reptiles (except snakes - eek!). Big guy with a big heart. There are so many non verbal ways of communicating to determine optimum health and happiness of our family members. Experienced with disabled dogs as well. My girl was accidentally disabled by another dog. We didn't think she would ever walk normally again, but through lots of physical therapy, and 8 vets, we've brought her back to ideal health. Experienced at tube feeding through neck, medicating, injections, physical therapy (as a pet owner). I've been training and handling my two championship show dogs for years and am the Hawaiian ambassador for the Barbet breed. Even as an active scuba diver, the ocean creatures sense my chill vibe and often come right up to me. Whether its a seal wanting to rub bellies or a fish that comes up to me and sits down for a photo op - I am very fortunate to have such close encounters. I was also on the board of directors for a wildlife sanctuary in the midwest for years (primarily big cats) this again was a tremendous gift. What can you expect from me? Punctuality, caring for your babies as if they were my own, optional socialization with my stellar happy dogs, professionalism, dog training experience, safety as a number 1 priority, lots of hugs. Holidays - I tend to make fresh baked dog cookies which are always eagerly gobbled up. :) I like to keep a small exclusive repeat client list - this keeps it more fun. I have been working with the same clients for a while but am looking to add a few more to the family. Note: boarding rates are per 24 hour period, anything more goes into daycare rates.
