I currently have open availability and have personally dealt with a wide range of issues with a pet from emergency situations to special needs. I don't believe that someone can actually be a good caregiver for any animal without actually having experience of their own and having that animal in their lives. I have two dogs one named Solas who is a Siberian Husky, and Maleficent who is a Goberian which is a mixture between a Siberian Husky and a golden retriever. Solas is 6 years old and the mother of Maleficent who is 5 years old. I also have a cat named nightshade that is 7 years old who is a small Calico. All of our friends and family have have me take care of their pets whenever they need such a service and I have experience with dogs and cats going back over 20 years. I'm attentive to their needs, warm and caring, and I make sure that the instructions of the owner are carried out as they wish. I have a wide variety of experience with several different dog breeds and I think this is very important because no two breeds are exactly the same. They all have their own different characteristics and personalities that can vary. Certain dogs can have special needs which must be adhered to for them to be both happy and healthy. I think my attention to these specific areas in details is why people naturally want me to take care of their fur babies. I was already doing this job before joining Rover and a friend of mine told me that I should sign up for Rover and that I would be great at it.
