Dogs need a vacation too!
Pet care experience
Two dog lovers here who grew up with dogs and had a dog for 14 years. She crossed the rainbow bridge in 2020 and we miss her lots but now have an empty house (no kids) and would love to take good care of your dog. She was a very active dog so we have experience with dogs who need lots of attention, young and old. Let us know what your dog likes to do for fun! We were very picky about who would watch our dog so we know what it can be like finding the right dog sitter. We want to help you with that task. I mainly work out of my home so your dog will get lots of attention throughout the day. The most your dog would normally be alone is 6 hours or so but that would not be every day. My weekday schedule varies but I am mainly home during the morning and occasionally will be away for a bit in the afternoon or the evening. We are mainly home most of the day and evening on weekends. Our neighborhood has 3 miles of sidewalks and walking paths and we love going on walks every morning so your dog will get plenty of outdoor exercise and will be on a leash at all times. Walks during the day and evening as well. Lots of room indoors as well for fun playtime. We live in a house on a private road.

With every stay we never have to worry about Paisley not getting just as much love as we have for her! She has to have meds and they take care of her. We get pictures of her walks every day. We highly recommend Michael and Anne!
Michael and Anne did a great job watching our Frenchie! They took him on daily walks and sent regular pictures so we could see him while we were away. Michael and Anne will be our go-to picks in the future!
Annie and Mike treat piper like their own. She loves staying with them. I know that she is loved and cuddled just like at home while in their care.
Michael and Anne were nothing short of fantastic! They took such great care of my dog. They were very focused on details and making sure they knew and had everything they needed to give him a good stay ahead of time. They sent pictures and updates throughout each day during his stay. They exercised him 3 mi each morning when weather would permit. The attention to detail, great communication, and exceptional care for my dog ensures that I will definitely be working with them again for care for my dog. I can't recommend the more highly!

What she likes, when she likes to go outside, is she ok with other animals (we don't have other animals but always good to know) or anything else we should know so that your dog has a great time with us. We also ask that your dog be house trained.
A typical day
We almost always go for a 3 mile walk in the morning. Can do less if your dog can't walk that far. We take little walks down our private road throughout the day and we love playing with the dogs in our house as well.

Availability
We are both currently working from home so pet care fits nicely into our schedule. We both may have to leave for a bit sometimes but we are home most of the time.
