Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs my whole life. This last year I recently got myself a miniature Rat Terrier named Hopper. There is no doubt that Hopper is my world (she has an Instagram that gets updated more regularly than mine @hoppers_growth). Before Hopper I trained and walked family members dogs not to mention hours of research did I dedicated to learning how to best train dogs and care for them. This is the dedication that you can expect for your family members as well. I am truly joining this app because I love animals. Therefore, unlike other dog walkers or dog sitters, I am willing to help train your pup or dog to ensure that you and your pup have the best time possible. I am well-versed in training and caring for puppies, especially after having Hopper so recently.

Max had such a great time and has learned so much from Michael-Ann. After being watched few times he now knows how to shake, stay and leave it. My grandchildren love testing out his new tricks and they are so useful. She has shown me so many ways I can improve my dogs life that are low maintenance that are mentally enriching.
Honey had an AMAZING time! Michael-Ann sent me pictures and went above and beyond to make Honey and I comfortable. It was my first time having someone I didn't know walk Honey so I was nervous but Michael-Ann brought homeade treats and listened to all my concerns. She even gave me some training advise about some problems we had been having with doordashing. My first choice for a dog walker, won't have anyone else walk her now.
Our beloved mutt, Louie, LOVES Michael-Ann! He always worries when he sees our suitcases come out of storage, but when Michael-Ann shows up, all is well. Louie knows he will get lots of love, lots of walks in the neighborhood, regular meals, a few treats, and probably will be on the couch with her if she stays a while. Having Michael-Ann here while we're gone makes everything carefree when we're away, we don't have to worry about a thing. PS -- the cats like her, too!

I try to care for each pet that I watch as if they were my own. This being said if I am watching your pet at your house I will respect whatever rules you have in place and try to keep some sense of normalcy while you are gone. If your pet is being watched at my place they will be given adequate exercise as well as different enrichment activities under supervision (if approved by you)

I don't have any preferences for dogs. They are all unique and I will care for them all differently according to their needs. Information that would be helpful beforehand is if your pup has any special needs, anxiety or etc and if they are people, child, cat, or dog friendly.
A typical day
There are a lot of fun activities that your pup and I can do when I watch them. I have long led so we can go on decompression walks where they are allowed to sniff and explore the neighborhood, my backyard or nearby park. I have fun activities and toys for them to play with. Such as a flirty pool that they can chase, a snuffle mat they can find treats in, treat-dispensing balls, etc.

Availability
Pet care is very important to me for my pup and yours. I provide daily physical and mental enrichment through many activities including but not limited to long walks, fetch, obedience training, trick training, lick mates, and etc. I love spending time with animals and make it a priority on my days off to get outside in nature with them.
