Pet care experience
My grandparents owned a boarding and grooming kennel for 30 years and I would help them with the dogs and cats every summer break since age 8. I’ve been exposed to multiple breeds and their specific needs and care. I also have experience training and being around puppies. I have house trained multiple puppies while teaching them obedience and tricks. Additionally, I have a 6 year old and a 13 year old golden retriever. I have gentle hands, a gentle voice, and a loving heart for elderly dogs as I have experience with my 13 year old golden. Animals are my whole world. All dogs have my heart and cats are one of a kind. I would love to help take care of your baby and care for them as my own❤️

Micayla was awesome!! From booking, to meeting, during the stay, and pickup- everything was easy and well communicated. Micayla asked lots of questions to know what to expect with our pup & she made us feel assured our girl would be well taken care of. She sent lots of pictures throughout the stay and loved our dog like our own!

It’s important to let me know of any special care ahead of time so I can prepare accordingly. I am more than willing to go the extra mile for your sweet baby, but the more information I have for them the better!
A typical day
The dogs I watch will have an opportunity to play fetch, have belly rubs and butt scratches, get physical and mental activity, and most of all LOTS OF LOVE! We can walk my neighborhood and practices commands. Afterwards, snuggles on the couch are always welcome while we watch our favorite show. Dogs I watch will become best friends with me and Daisy (my 6 year old golden).
