I am very energetic in walking, tending to defer to a dog's natural pace and let them explore a little while out on a walk. I also like to keep the pace up to give the dog exercise! I'm a patient and loving guy who animals flock to, and I will be a great friend for your friend or friends. I have three years experience in dog sitting and walking, and am comfortable with some limited stay-over situations. I would love and prefer a situation where I could provide for sitting and walking needs for your animals under any circumstances, when you make short trips out of town, on a regular basis, or for whatever needs you may have! Micah stepped in to help us in a pinch, after we'd planned holiday travel and realized we couldn't take our 2 large dogs. He was helpful, stuck to our typical schedule, and kept us updated that all was well. Our vacation was enjoyable and relaxing knowing our pups were well cared for.
Micah is probably one of the kindest, loving, and most generous humans the earth has ever seen, and I'm truly not exaggerating. I've seen him befriend every dog and cat we've ever encountered together over the last six years, even the real scrappy ones. ;) Animals love him! I have a tuxedo cat that loves me very much, but he happens to love Micah even more, which is really saying a lot. Micah is responsible, courteous, considerate, loving... I really can't say enough good things about him. He is an all-around good person, who has a huge heart for animals. Any dog or cat that gets to meet him is one lucky friend.
Micah has cared for our playful beagle, George, many times. He has treated George with love, enthusiasm, and attention. Whenever we had to leave town, Micah was our first choice to look after our dog. I have known Micah for a decade and he is a very caring, loving, and responsible human being with a true love for animals. Anyone would be lucky to have Micah care for their furry loved one.
