Pet care experience
I've had dogs for as long as I can remember. I have always been the primary caregiver for pets growing up. I have experience caring for anything from newborns to senior dogs. I have a great backyard and a pet-friendly house. I foster often for the local humane society, so love any dogs, all shapes, sizes, personalities and energy levels.

Micah took such good care of our pup! She sent so many photos of him having a blast while he was with her. She was quick to response to messages leading up to his stay, too, so I knew he was going to be in really good hands! It sounds like he made himself right at home and was accepted into Micah’s pack. 😊
Micah cares for my fur baby just like one of her own! I love how flexible she is and understanding. She’s great to work with and gives great updates with photos. I love that my dog feels comfortable with her and loves her too!

I have a large backyard, spare rooms in my house, and crates for your dogs if needed. Dogs are allowed on the furniture, and my house is very "pet-proof". I have two friendly dogs. Dogs are always monitored while outside. We take walks in the morning and/or the evening, and spend the hot summer days inside on the couch or under the covered back porch!

Let me know if your dog has any special needs, I will be happy to accommodate them. Although I have cats, if your dog is not cat friendly I can still accommodate them as the cats have a place in the house fully separate from the dogs.
A typical day
Dogs are welcome on the furniture. The house is very dog proof and dog friendly. I have a large back yard where the dogs can safely enjoy playing, a covered yard so they can cool off when needed, and always have access to fresh water. I have a great neighborhood for walking, and dogs that they can play with.

Availability
I have a long lunch break M-F and your dog should not be alone for more than a few hours at a time. Most weekends I spend most of the day at home, or am only gone for a few hours.
