Pet First Aid and Fear Free Certified professional dog walker in East Van. I’ve had dogs & cats (guinea pigs & rabbits as well) my entire life, and now I foster dogs when I have the time! I’m comfortable around all animals and have experience with cat diabetes (giving needles, checking blood sugar, tracking information). I am comfortable with seniors, puppies as young as 6 weeks, I can help with basic obedience training and grooming! No current pets of my own and only hosting one household at a time.

I didn't realize, but Micah had her hands full with our 8 month old Ernesto. He had been neutered the day before and we didn't want to leave him alone with a cone while we worked. Micah graciously took him in, meeting him the first time, and Ernesto was very anxious all day following his surgery and being 8 months. Micah was excellent and a trooper. She adjusted to his anxiety with lots of walks and treats and kept positive through the day, despite Ernesto being quite difficult. I would definitely recommend Micah for doggie daycare.
Micah was who we first booked with when we signed up for Rover! Communication was great, and was very responsive to our questions. We also really appreciated the suggestion of a quick meetup before the actual reservation to ensure our dog Olive was a good fit and a chance to ask questions in person. Overall, Olive came back home relaxed and tired which is a great sign that she trusted and was well taken care of by Micah! We will certainly book again!
Micah was amazing looking after Cooper! She sent tons of photos and updates, and we came hope to a very happy dog! Cooper is a big dog, and she had no problems handling him. Would definitely book with her again!
Micah was incredible. We had to book a dogsitter last minute and she totally saved our butts. She was a fast and clear communicator, and send us daily photos and updates with how our pup was doing. Can’t recommend her enough.

I find dogs are the most comfortable with routine so we'll follow your instructions. I’m comfortable doing some basic training and grooming with dogs if required.

A typical day
Daily walks! I have food puzzles and love to hide treats around the house for pups to sniff out. Lots of lounging around and time for cuddles is a must. I love finding out all the tricks dogs know and maybe teach them some new ones.
