Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Micaela and Ive had dogs my whole life. I live in Washington, DC where I dog sat for over a year during grad school. I now work full time and have a dog of my own, but I’d like to still help out with dog walking after hours during the week or anytime during the weekend. I live in Navy Yard so anyone who needs help in that area can reach out!

I am most comfortable with medium or large size dogs and would like to know any & all details that will make this a better experience for your pup. How does he/she behave on walks? Any triggers? Does he/she prefer to take their time and sniff around or does he/she like to run? Can he/she have a treat for good behavior? These are some of the helpful details I’d like to know about your pet so that I can treat him/her as my own.
A typical day
I love playing with dogs and I believe both mental and physical stimulation is important! If your dog needs exercise I will take him/her on a long walk or run. Please let me know if your pup has a routine he/she likes to stick to and I’ll do my best to adhere

Availability
I’m free in the evenings during the week but more flexible over the weekend, just let me know if you have a preferred walking route that your dog enjoys! If your pup is good with other dogs, I’ll take him/her on a walk with my boy Denny. If not, I’ll walk them separately. Just let me know!
