Pet care experience
I have 28 years of pet experience and I'm a big animal lover! I've owned 3 large dogs breeds and cared for breeds of all sizes. I also offer cat care, in addition to basic needs for homestead animals. I'm happy to exercise, play with, mentally stimulate, feed, bathe, administer medication, and clean up after your pets. My girlfriend Abigail helps out regularly too!

Micaela and Abigail were awesome! My cats were happy when I got home from my trip. I appreciated the care and attention they gave to following my instructions for feeding, scooping litter boxes, and giving medications. I loved that they stayed to play with and brush the cats each visit. The pictures they sent while I was gone were great. I will definitely book them again when I need help taking care of my cats.

My favorite thing about having Micaela walk my pups is her kind nature and warmth she gives my dogs. It is important to me that when my dogs are on a walk, they are with someone who enjoys it too. Micaela has always been reliable. I trust her and i know she keeps them safe.
Mica is just wonderful! She is reliable, kind and has a true soft spot for all animals. I never have to worry about anything while I’m gone because I know she has it handled!

A typical day
Enrichment activities are important for a dog's mental health. Some of my favorites are: shredding boxes, kibble rolled up in a towel, lick mats, hide & seek, snuffle mats, frozen kongs, and flirt poles. In addition to mental stimulation I love taking pups outdoors in all types of weather. Rain and snow provide deeper & richer smells of the environment while on walks. I love taking dogs to nearby trails and big enclosed fields so they can run around and play fetch.
