Pet care experience
I’ve raised dogs my whole life, and studied them too. If you see a dog, I could tell you what breed it is, or what it’s mixed with, and their traits… guaranteed! I’ve trained Labs, house-sat German Shepherds, taken care of little tea cup Chihuahuas, and Jack Russels. Dogs, and most any animals, are naturally drawn to me because I am confident and careful, and dogs truly are this woman’s best friend.

Mia was so sweet with Daizy! Daizy likes to be talked to in a certain way and Mia used this voice and Daizy loved it. I knew Daizy was safe with Mia because Mia is experienced with dogs. Even though Daizy is a leash puller, I knew she’d be safe. I appreciate that Mia is open to handling her, even though it’s challenging! Mia took several photos and left a note about Daizy’s floofy ears. They are perfect and so is Mia! Many thanks to Mia and Daizy can’t wait to go on another walk about with her!
Mia is as awesome with dogs, and other animals, as she is with humans! Your furry family members will immediately be smitten with them as she is with them. Mia has been taking care of our four legged as well as our fin and gilled equiped family members for several years now. She is prompt and attentive; and I suspect some of them wish they could go home with her. I highly recommend Mia, you can trust her with your dog!

At 8:30 AM in my house, my Doberman, Pfizer and I have bonding time in the morning, where I sit on the floor with my big boy. After breakfast (which I batch make my own fresh dog food) we go run for an hour, and I’m off to my office until I check on him at 3, during the day he has a doggy door and full access to inside or outside as he pleases. After he gets lunch and more outside time with mom, I’m back to my office till about 9. We both get dinner and relax for the rest of the evening :) Again, I’m self employed, so I make my own hours and am flexible and reliable. I think I’m a perfect fit for this because I respect dogs needs and understand their body language. I’m especially good with larger dogs which some people cannot handle.

It’s good to know how they behave when walking past other dogs, people, and cats. Any anxieties they have or sensitivities, so I can avoid their triggers and keep them safe and happy! I am excited to create a bond with your pet and make a new friend!
A typical day
Being from San Antonio, I know all the best routes to keep me and your dog safe and happy. I love to play tag and fetch with dogs, I love to create little puzzles for them to solve that involve treats. (If permitted of course!) I am a huge dog nerd and know how different breeds have different needs!

I’m a full time artist, self employed. I make my own schedule and I have a Doberman myself, so I run a pretty tight ship. I get up early and love a good routine.
