Pet care experience
Ever since I was born, we have always had a pet, most of the time multiple pets! I have always had the biggest love for all animals, not limited to just dogs. Everywhere I go, I gravitate towards dogs that I see and go pet them, with permission and caution of course. I have helped my mom take care of dogs as well. She has been on Rover for a while now, she says it's the best job she's ever had!

Mia has cared for many of my animals. They all love her and get so excited every time they see her. She is very loving towards them and treats them like they are her own. She is very responsible in caring for their needs and is very trustworthy. I would recommend her to anyone needing a reliable sitter who will treat their animals like her own children.

My pets always stay in fenced in yards wherever we go and I would rather have the dogs I care for in a fence too, just to be safe. I usually keep children's Benedryl in my house just in case of an allergic reaction, because you just never know. I make sure their collar is on with their name-tag, including owner information, and rabies vaccination tag as well. Water bowls are always filled up as hydration is most important for health. Food is usually given around the same times each day to keep them on a consistent schedule. Play-time is fun for not only the dogs, but also for me! I have taught my dogs every single trick they know and I would love to teach your dog cool tricks too! Picture time happens quite frequently in my house to go back and look at memories. I will send you some photos of your own pet to keep you updated while you're away! I would treat your pets like my own, with unconditional love and attention.

I would appreciate knowing your pets temperament for different scenarios so I will be prepared for any change of emotions from them and know how to handle them. If they have any sensitivities or triggers, things that scare them or make them irritable.
A typical day
I love teaching dogs tricks and praising them with treats and love! I take my own dogs to the park in Morehead City, and if you are open to them socializing in that way, I can certainly test it out with your pets. The good thing about entertaining animals is that I also get my exercise in! It's a WIN! We will throw the ball and play tug, followed by lots of water and cuddles.

I am currently working part-time as a dog bather at Shampooches therefore I have plenty of time to arrange during the week for your pets!
