Pet care experience
I have my own Goldendoodle, Maizy, who I adore and take care of (Maizy does not live with me) as well as professional experience through past volunteer experiences. For about 5 years, I was a youth volunteer at the Oregon Humane Society, in which I took basic training classes and cared for both dogs and cats. Also, I was a volunteer at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary where I would socialize with dogs by taking them on overnight day trips. Lastly, I have taken care of friends and family's dogs, in which I cared for one friend's dog for a year.

We booked with Mia for a trip while we were out of town. Mia was a joy to work with! Super communicative, sent fun pictures, and it was very easy to tell our husky loved staying with Mia and James. It's always an initial concern knowing how crazy our husky can be but they were able to work with his high energy needs and we're super positive. Loved working with Mia - we will definitely be booking again. Thank you!
From the first meeting, Biggie felt really comfortable with Mia. Mia shows up on time and has been a gift! I would highly recommend Mia. Her calming presence has been a gift to a possibly at times Biggie.

Based on the individual dog, I love letting the dog lead their own walk within reason. I believe this is a dog's time in the day. Activities can include: fetch, going to the park, and exploring the neighborhood!

I am currently a college student and I have time in between and after classes to walk dogs. Also, my weekend schedule is very open and flexible.
