Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs and cats all my life and feel very comfortable caring for them including feeding, hiking/walking them, giving them medications and washing them. I believe they deserve plenty of love and attention (including physical exercise) each and every day. Dogs have much shorter lives than humans and they live every day to be your best friend, simply waiting for their owner to come home. The least we can do for them is take a break from our busy lives and go for a long walk. Growing up, I have always had large dogs but have pet sat for all size dogs since the age of 14. I would be honored to care for your dogs whether that be while you are on vacation or a simple morning or evening walk before/after work. I understand life can be busy so let me help you out and make sure even when you are packed with obligations, your animals are still getting the attention they deserve.

Mia has years of experience working with both cats and dogs. She takes dogs for hikes or shorter walks, whatever the owner requests. Have been raised in Colorado, Mia has loads of experience raising dogs of her own, administering meds, if required and giving dogs loving attention and plenty of play time. She has always grown up with dogs in her home, since childhood. I recommend her without reservation!

I know all dogs are different and it can be hard for some dogs to trust people aside from their owners. Due to my comfort around dogs, I am apt to assume they love me as well so if you ask me to care for your dog who may not be quite as outgoing as myself, please let me know and I will give them their space but still take them on walks, etc. I am very willing to accommodate your dogs/personal needs within reason.
A typical day
I live to be in the outdoors and I would love to take your dog exploring with me. This could be anything from a walk down the river trail to the park and play frisbee to hiking to a summit. In the summer there are also wonderful lakes to go play in!
