When I am given the chance, I will always try to play with peoples dogs. I do not have professional experience dog-sitting, but I have had three dogs in my life time and have a pretty thorough background with caring for them. I have always bathed my dogs when needed. I have always fed them myself at their scheduled feeding times- breakfast, lunch, dinner, and always a small treat before bed! In my experience, I have learned that many dogs are not-so-friendly, or not so open within the first few hours of being acquainted. To accommodate these shy or skiddish characters, I will always provide them with space and do my very best to win their hearts over with a small treat or sweet gestures.
