Pet care experience
I’ve been dog sitting for over 5 years & worked as a kennel technician for nearly 3 years. I have experience working with elderly dogs as well as puppies as young as 2 weeks. Care is different for every dog & I know the importance of routine, necessary medications for some, exercise, & of course plenty of love & attention

I was looking for a full time dog walker and could not find one. Mia was not able to fit it into her schedule but what she did do was help me out in a pinch until I could find someone and that was invaluable. 5 stars for just being a good helpful human! And my dogs were fully loved and cared for too!

Every pet has a different routine & requirements. Whether that be medication, specific diet, or extra attention. I make sure they have fresh water at all times & get plenty of time outdoors. Toys & walks are also great tools for stimulation & exercise. The reoccurring theme is accommodation. Pets are family & I want you to feel comfortable with the situation

Of course if your dog needs medication that would be something I need to know. Besides that it’s important to know your dogs behavior around other dogs & humans, sleep schedule, & any aggressions or anxieties they may have
A typical day
I never want to stray from what the owner is comfortable with, besides, most dogs have their own preferences set in place already. But I love using toys with dogs & if your dog has a favorite place to walk or a fun activity you do regularly I would love to do that as well

Availability
I have a regularly scheduled job, but I try to be as flexible & accommodating as possible! For this I prefer as much notice as possible so we are both on the same page & (if you would like) I can meet you & your dog so everyone is comfortable!
