Love is a four-legged word!
Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs for as long as I can remember as small as pugs and as big as a Rhodesian Ridgeback mix (he was rescued so we’re not sure what he’s mixed with) so I have dealt with dogs of all sizes! Growing up, my family has also cared for birds, fish, chickens, you name it! I’m also a proud animal lover being an owner of three cats, an African tortoise, and a Rhodesian Ridgeback. During the beginning of quarantine, I began consistently walking my neighbor’s Golden Retriever so I have experience with puppies and dogs that have hyper-active personalities. I have also house sat for my sister’s two cats while she was been on business trips. That included playing with them, feeding them, and cleaning their litter box. I’m always up for a challenge!

Safety, trust & environment
From experience, I know how beneficial it is for dogs to get outside. I live minutes away from a park where I have taken my own dog for walks while I enjoyed the scenery! (A win-win situation) My dog, Copper, LOVES playing fetch so I usually take his ball with us on walks and find a space where we can safely throw the ball back and forth while he gets his exercise in for the day.
Information Mia C. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has any special needs, triggers, or unique behaviors that I will need to account for before a walk so they can receive the best care from me.
A typical day
I know stimulating your dog physically as well as mentally is extremely important. I would love to bring your pup to a park nearby or explore all the smells that the neighborhood has to offer. I also love playing games inside the home whether that be tug of war on one of the dog’s favorite chew toy or giving your dog the all the love, attention, and especially belly rubs that they deserve! Since I am also a cat-person, I know to give the animal enough time and space to warm up to me so I am able to give them the best care.

Availability
I am currently a college student, but during the summer I am super flexible and will have ample time to walk your pup now that I am home! Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays are days that work the best for my schedule while I’m also trying to balance working on getting my real estate license.
