Pet care experience
I’ve had animals in my life since I was very young. I’ve taken care of anything from dogs and cats to horses and goats. I gained professional dog experience three years ago when I worked for a dog daycare. I was quickly promoted to manager where I was able to cofound the enrichment program and help establish a focus on dog engagement and care. Through that experience I gained knowledge of senior dog care, puppy care, medicine administration, grooming, and more. It also taught me a lot about dog behavior and understanding each dog’s personalities and boundaries.

Mia is a great pet caregiver! Dogs absolutely love her and she has always been so gentle and kind with them always and they just naturally love to be around her she always ensure their safety comes first and their health always on time and punctual when it comes to giving medicine for my pets if you need someone to trust I recommend Mia she is always my 1st option always when it comes to my pets.you’ll love her and most importantly your pets will too!

I care for pets exactly how their parents tell me to, I try to read whatever pet I am taking care of and work at their pace. I never try to push a pet too far out of their comfort zone, I strive to build a confident and strong relationship with all the kiddos I care for and I understand that takes time. I try to follow all instructions as best as I can and if any confusion arises I would not move forward without getting clarification from the parent. Communication is huge, these are your babies and you’re going to worry, that’s why I strive to communicate as much and as often as needed to show your kiddos are happy and safe while in my care.

A typical day
I love to do whatever your pups enjoy. Being lazy, going on walks, playing fetch or just letting them exist in a shared space. As long as their needs are met I am not picky on what our days consist of!

I’m currently a full time online student at ASU, with one class on Tuesdays. Unless I am traveling, I have a completely open schedule and I am available to care for your pets as needed!
