Our Doberrman, Valentino, had a very good 3-night stay at Mia's. It was a nice, calm environment and she did what was required for him and did not stray from the instructions. She also has a very sweet female dog who got along well with Valentino. Mia played with Valentino with the laser pointer in the backyard, which he loves! Overall I would recommend her for your future pet boarding needs!

This was our first experience using Maia to board our dog Sam in her home. He stayed with her for 7 days. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience which is the first time we have had a negative experience with a Rover sitter - our dog has stayed with Rover sitters at least 20 times in the 8 years we’ve had him and has never had a single problem. We offered a crate twice which Maia declined. During our trip, I received a notification from Maia that she had closed Sam into a bedroom and when she came back he had chewed the door frame. He has never done any kind of damage like this in our home or anyone else’s. She requests that we pay for the full amount of the repair for which she is only willing to get 1 quote to fix. She sent a total of 2 pictures for the entire 7 day stay, did not take him on walks. It has been frustrating to deal with her regarding the door damage and added stress to our time away feeling like he wasn’t being well cared for.
