Pet care experience
I work for a local dog rescue and have fostered more than two dozen puppies! I have had dogs my entire life and could not imagine my life without them! I have experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. I do limit my walks to pups 40 pounds and under but could do drop in visits for bigger pups. I would also be open to walking bigger dogs with more mellow temperament/not a big puller. I have also had kitties most of my life and would love to check in on your kitty!

Mesia is an excellent sitter!! We needed two check ins a day for our elderly dog, and Mesia handled everything, including administering her medication, amazingly. She so clearly loves animals and gives 110% to their care, and to communication with us the whole time. She also took some awesome pictures every walk. Can't recommend enough!
Mesia is the definition of an animal lover - she seriously loves any and all kinds of animals from dogs and cats to reptiles and spiders. She is very caring and very good with dogs! She has experience giving oral medications and accommodating different needs. She will take care of and love your dog like they are her own!

A typical day
For walks and home visits, I believe it is important to stick as close to your pup’s normal routine as possible. Dogs thrive with routine and adding a new caregiver (especially if the pet parents are away) can be confusing for some dogs. I will discuss your dog’s routine with you and create a game plan together to determine the best way to care for your baby during our time together.

Availability
I have evening availability daily, and daytime availability a few days per week (Monday, Thursday, and Friday). I would love to take your pup on walks or provide home visits (cats included in home visits!).
