Hi, my name is Mesha (mee-sh-a) :) I am a full time student in St. Mary’s, MD, so am available in both St Mary’s and Charles Co/Waldorf areas, depending on my class schedule & breaks. I do have my own transportation, so I can come home for weekend pet sitting. :) (I also have base access.) I have been working in Animal Rescue since I was about 10yrs old. I mostly foster abandoned cats & kittens. I work with them to get them healthy, acclimated, socialized, and then help find them forever homes. From there, I began pet sitting and have 6+yrs experience. I have pet sit for dogs (all sizes and breeds) and cats. I offer both daily checks/feeding and overnights. As I mentioned, I am a full time student & my current career goal is to work in Animal Cruelty Prevention and be an advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves. I am also a college NCAA athlete & have a 3.0gpa, so know that I am responsible, flexible and able to prioritize and adeptly manage a multitude tasks at once. -I have worked in animal rescue for 9 years, rescuing abandoned animals and helping them recover, socialize and find forever homes. -I have 6+yrs of pet sitting experience. I have pet sat in homes, in my home, daily and overnights. -I am open to all breeds and types of pets/animals. -I have worked with/in single and multiple pet homes. -I have worked with a variety of temperaments, and am open to slow introductions to help a pet get used to me. -I have worked with pets on a special diet and medication. -I can provide daily check-ins, feeding, walks/potty breaks or overnight sitting, long or short term.
