I grew up with pets and rode horses competitively throughout college, so I am comfortable around a wide variety of dog breeds and behaviors. I've had large dogs my whole life, and am comfortable walking, playing with, feeding, and safely handling dogs. In college and high school, I provided sitting and walking services to family friends with cats, dogs, and horses. I’ve lived in Chicago for about 4 years, and spend a lot of time traveling. While I love what I do and living in city, I miss spending time with animals more than anything! I live a block away from Lincoln Park and close to several dog parks. I'm an active person and enjoy spending time outside, so your pup is guaranteed long walks (on grass!) and lots of play time!

Meryl was an excellent sitter for my pooch, Jax! Her excellent communication and response times made me feel at ease. She took him to the park often to play with other dogs, and when I picked him up, he was exhausted. I agree with the last review/post, "A good dog is a tired dog."
