We are Meryl and Phoebe, two lovely, kind, down to earth, sunny minds who love positive energy, living in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We were both raised in Europe and moved to NYC a little over 7 years ago. We both are huge animal lovers and grew up surrounded by lots of animals (dogs, cats, cows, horses, etc.). We grew up in Switzerland, Italy and England, between farms, cities and mountains and have had over 13 years of experience owning and training dogs. We have a 5 year old Chihuahua named Roxy who lives with us. She is the most loving, easy going, friendly and sweet little companion one could wish for. She was abandoned and we rescued her 4 years ago, here in Brooklyn, NY. She is spayed and microchipped. She loves all animals and people and gets along with kids too. She can be a little shy and insecure at first, but will warm up to any friendly & well-trained dog in no time and be a great friend to them. She absolutely adores cats and loves playing with her toys. Both Phoebe and I work freelance jobs and are home a lot. We will walk your dog 3-4 times a day, play with them and give them lots of cuddles and love (if they want to). Your little one won't be home alone for more than 3-4 hours at a time. Some days we are home all day. Our dog Roxy will always be home too, keeping your dog company. We also provide Cat daycare and sleepover service. Our chi Roxy loves cats and is very sweet around them. She wouldn't chase them or bother them, but is always happy to cuddle or just keep them company. We have a very spacious loft apartment with a very warm and friendly feel. Your dog / cat is allowed everywhere in the living groom, kitchen area, bathroom and one of the three bedrooms. There will be no unattended open windows at any times. We are very safety conscious since we have a little pup of our own and want to provide a safe place for your dog to vacation. It is recommended that you bring some kind of crate, bed or pillow for your dog to sleep on. We also have lots of couches, floor pillows and cuddly blankets where your dog is more than welcome to hang out. We provide a cleaning / bathing service for $20 if you'd like to have your pup shampooed and all fresh by pick up time. There will be fresh water provided for your dog at all times. Please bring / provide your own dog food, treats (for the entire length of their stay), any kind of medication your dog may need, as well as a harness / collar, leash and possibly coat / jacket if needed when dropping off your dog with us.
