Pet care experience
I work from home and I am readily available to be with your pets the vast majority of the day. Their time here is spent interacting with us and being treated like family pets. I am an empty nester so they truly are treated like my babies in your absence. Their happiness, health, and safety are top priority. Dogs that are guests in our home are surrounded by love and companionship while their humans are away. I have experience with seniors, puppies, and many health issues including allergies, injections, and seizures. I also have a fenced in back yard and a dog friendly SUV for trips to get a puppuccino or the dog park.

I understand every dog is unique and they all have their own personality and likes/dislikes. I feel it’s important to get to know the individual dogs and understand who they are and what needs to be done to make their time with me a pleasant experience.
A typical day
While I’m working the pups are hanging out with me. My office has dog beds, toys, and a dog friendly recliner. We also play outside several times a day or go for walks around the neighborhood (sometimes we take trips to the dogs park if our pup parents are comfortable with us going). We also provide mental stimulation with treat puzzles, working on basic commands, and playing hide and seek. At nighttime we try to mirror what they do at home as much as possible. I’ve had dogs sleep in the bed with me, sleep in their kennels, and everything in between.

Availability
Working from home honestly opened up the door for me to provide pet care in my home. They spend the vast majority of the time they are here with me instead of being kenneled or left alone. I offer tons of supervised play in the backyard, relaxing belly rubs, and your dog may even join me on work related video calls from time to time. We truly lead a dog inclusive lifestyle.
