Throughout the years I have worked with animals in different capacities. In high school I groomed both dogs and cats while also house and pet sitting. After I completed my degree in criminal justice in college, I worked in an animal shelter in the intake department, where I had a lot of experience with not only handling all types of pets, but also administering vaccinations and medications. Now, I am a fur mom to one special needs dog, two stray cats who I couldn’t resist taking in, and a sassy ten year old Boston Terrier. So, to say I am an animal lover is putting it lightly. I can’t think of anything better than working around animals everyday and getting a little exercise in the process!
