I owned a dog my whole childhood. Had an active cattle dog for a decade, beginning in two thousand, for the past decade as an empty-nester I enjoy my friends pups when I'm home (house-sitting or simply dog sitting for up to two months at a time). I work as a Merchant Mariner and have been gone at sea so much this past decade I haven't felt it fair to have my own pooch. I enjoy having fun with dogs, training and exercising with them. I've taken many "borrowed" dogs on camping trips, ski adventures and doing pretty much anything. I'm not a fan of feeding them from the table, begging and definitely try not to promote bad habits! A friend just told me about this site. I look forward to meeting your lovely family member and having fun!!
