Pet care experience
I’ve cared for animals my entire life - starting from ages 13-18 where I cared for several families’ pets while they were away on vacation. I’ve cared for everything from reptiles and birds to hamsters and pups! About 5 years ago I got my own senior dog, Haskel; I took care of him every day- giving him medications in the morning and at night while still trying to keep his quality of life at its peak. He passed away due to age recently, and now I’m ready to pass on some of my love to other pets and care for them like I would for Haskel. I hope you choose me! Your pet couldn’t be in better hands!

Meredith was EXCELLENT!! She watched our cat Lucia over Thanksgiving (5 days) and we were so pleased with the experience! Meredith was attentive and made sure Lucia had everything she needed. She sent several pictures at each drop in and kept us in the loop! Will absolutely be booking Meredith again when needed!

I do live in a one bedroom apartment with no fenced in yard, but there are several dog parks throughout the complex I’d love to use. I also have the ability to take them to my parents’ house - a 5 minute drive - who do have a fenced in yard! I’m happy and willing to fulfill any other needs/wants you have for your pet! With my flexible schedule, it won’t be a problem!

A typical day
I have a very large apartment complex with several dog parks throughout it; I’d love to take them to play fetch and run around! The area I live in also has plenty of beautiful lakes and scenery that give the pups a nice, interesting walk! And if possible, I can also take them to my parents’ house who have a fenced in back yard! They’ll be able to run without limit!

Availability
I am a nurse who only works 3 nights per week. I will be offering services on my days off. On those days, I don’t have much of a schedule and can easily meet the needs of you and your pet. I also often have long stretches off of work which will be perfect for staying with your pet - I can be fully dedicated to them during that time!
