I also communicate regularly with the owner, sharing updates and photos so they feel connected while away, just as I would wish to receive from anyone caring for my beloved animals!

Pet care experience
I’ve been caring for dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. I’ve dog sat regularly for family and friends, caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. Through nannying most of my life, I’ve also developed a strong sense of responsibility, patience, and attentiveness — which translates naturally into how I care for animals. What sets me apart is the level of attention and intuition I bring to every pet. I’m used to reading body language, sticking to routines, and creating a calm, safe environment. Whether it’s keeping up with an energetic puppy, reinforcing basic training and good leash manners, or providing gentle, patient care for senior pets who need a slower pace, I adapt to each pet’s individual needs. I truly love both dogs and cats equally, so I’m just as comfortable with playful zoomies as I am with quiet purr-filled cuddle time. My goal is always to make your pet feel secure, loved, and cared for as if they were my own.

Meredith took wonderful care of our cats, and I’m so grateful for her help. She was very patient with everything, including dealing with a new feeder we’re still figuring out. I really appreciated her calm and caring energy with the cats. She even stayed a bit longer to help our kitten burn off some energy, which meant a lot. The sweetest surprise was that our older cat, Agustin, came to sit near her on the couch, something he almost never does! That says a lot about how comfortable he felt with her. I would definitely recommend her.
Meredith is a wonderful caretaker who is quite responsible and will ensure that your pet is well loved. She is thoughtful with her interactions with all pets. Her calm demeanor will sit well with your cat or dog while her big heart with comfort them at all times! She is dedicated to providing all animals with so much joy, and I can attest to this as she has taken care of my animal many times!
