Hi, I'm Meredith and I love animals. I work at a well-known local non-profit animal shelter, maybe you've adopted from it! I would be thrilled to look after your dogs/puppies or cats/kittens and love them as if they are my own. I grew up with 2 dogs and 2 cats and started pet-sitting when I was 12. I have a lot of experience working with animals and am and happy to handle all of your pet-care needs. I am available early morning (before 8am), early afternoons between 12 and 3 and later in the afternoon/evenings after work. I know that many dogs are on specific feeding and bathroom schedules and will do all that I can to maintain them while you are away! I am also comfortable giving medicine if your animals are on any medications. I will do everything I can to ease your dog into being with a new person while you are away. I work with all kinds of dogs (and cats), from happy-go-lucky to the skittish and fearful of new people while at work. I want to be here for you and your dog (and cats if you have them) so that you are both happy and you have peace of mind while you are apart!

Meredith is great! She came to check in on my cat while I was traveling for a weekend. She's very responsive & sent tons of updates on my little man. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a (fur) babysitter.
Meredith genuinely cares about the well being of all animals. She enriches animals with interactive activities and comforts them when they're tired. She has looked after my special needs dog (amputee) on several occasions and my dog always returns home happy. I trust her with my beloved dog...she treats all animals as if they were her own. Meredith has both great empathy and skill for caring for dogs, and is very reliable and honest. She grew up with both large and small family dogs in her home and has a special connection and caring for them (as well as for cats!). She took good care of my dog Maggie many times while I was traveling, and I know she wants the best for every animal that she meets. I highly recommend her as someone that will make sure that your is as happy and loved and well cared for as possible while you are away.

It would be great to know house rules for your dogs; are they allowed on furniture, which treats and how often, what times do you let them out, are you working on teaching them certain behaviors or tricks? How do your dog(s) do when they are out for walks and see other dogs?
A typical day
A car ride over to Ellington park and Radnor makes for great dog-walking outing. If you like to take your dog(s) on runs with you just let me know and I will get them out for a run. I like to run along Belmont.
