Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, and rodents since I can remember. I love walking dogs and playing with animals. My neighbors always had me pet sit and it never felt like work for me. I’ve lived with and taken care of 9 dogs and a cat over 20+ years. I also have done basic obedience training to help create a better relationship between me and my dogs. I’ve owned a special needs blind dog and am familiar with administering medication. I’m always happy to walk, feed, water, bathe, play, etc. pets.

Merideth and her husband took such great care of our dog while we were on vacation! He got lots of hikes and walks! Merideth was very easy to communicate with and so kind as well! She provided us with updates and photos all trip long. I would definitely recommend her and will be using her again!! He also got along so well with their dog that they have 😊

What routine you are on, food and dietary needs, exercise and socialization requirements, and overall temperament. I have a friendly spaniel who loves other dogs and gets along well so a meet and greet will be a great way to make sure we are all a good fit.
A typical day
I take my dog/dogs I’m watching on several walks and switch them up to keep things new and exciting. I also have plenty of enrichment toys and activities. I will also do fun but brief training sessions to keep them engaged and learning new tricks and positive behaviors. There are plenty of treats and rewards!

Availability
I work remotely and have the flexibility to schedule walkings or checkins around my weekday and weekends. I currently have a young field spaniel. She loves long walks, cuddling, and playing with other dogs. She has enjoyed watching our friends dogs and having their company. Especially if they like to play!
