Hi! My name is Meredith and I'm missing animal cuddles in my life. I'm looking to make some extra money and I would love to walk/pet-sit your furry loved ones! I've been dog-sitting and house sitting for years and have had great experiences. I'm currently working part-time at a coffee shop here in Birmingham. I have a soft spot for both dogs and cats. When people bring their dogs into the coffee shop I work at, I just melt :) and I have a cat of my own I get to cuddle at home. I’ve been described as a dog-whisperer several times. I would be honored to contribute to a loving, safe space for your pet in your home, or a fun walk/park visit for your dog.

I love all dogs. It is always handy to have an idea of what size dog I'll be watching prior to arriving. That way I can plan accordingly.
A typical day
I would love to take dogs to parks and on walks through different neighborhoods of Birmingham. I also love playing catch with dogs. As a fun night activity, I love playing hide and seek with dogs, or if they’re older or lower energy, just giving them lots of tummy rubs.

Availability
I’m currently working part-time, so I would have plenty of time to play with your pets! My shifts are typically 6ish hours long, so I can do walks, check-ins, or house-sitting if your animal can be solo for my shifts. Or I could schedule house-sitting on my off days so I’m available for more frequent check-ins :)
