Pet care experience
Dogs have been a part of my family my entire life. I have taken care of so many breeds and sizes of dogs and I love them all! At any time in my house growing up we would have three dogs running around and when all the family go together we had up to 7 dogs. It was such a joy to let go and have fun and play with all the dogs. I have dog sat for many of my family and friends. I always take the dogs for walks, feed them, give them water and cuddles. I am do to basic dog grooming and bathing as well as give them any meds if they need them. I am just so excited to have the opportunity to have a furry friend back in my life!

Wilson came back to me exactly as delivered :), I had no problems communicating with Mercedes throughout the process and would ask her for help again the next time I go out of town. Prior to committing to the stay, she came to my side of town and spent time walking around a park with Wilson and I so she could meet the pooch and we both were able to ask questions to get comfortable with the stay. It all worked out great.
Mercedes is amazing. She was super flexible with our schedule and our pup LOVED her. We can tell she took really good care of our dog and we didn't have to stress about him while we were away. Definitely book with Mercedes!! She's the best!

Information Mercedes M. would like to know about your pet
I accept all breeds. I would ideally like to know how the dog gets along with other animals and what kind of routine they typically have. I would also like to know if they are able to go on outdoorsy activities and any fears or precautions to be aware of.
A typical day
I am a full time RN but I typically only work 3 days a week and commute less than 5 miles to my hospital. This means I am able to spend most of all day with the dogs. I would love to take dogs on hikes if they are able to go. I have a car and no problem with dogs being in the car. I live near carkeek park so I can easily take them for a nature stroll. I am also willing to take them anywhere with me that maybe a good adventure and a lot of exercise. I would also love to go jogging around the neighborhood. I am able to spend hours at a time to entire days with dogs on my days off. I typically start a routine of some exercise like a walk in the morning, then feeding time and relax. Then afternoon a more adventurous activity, multiple potty break throughout the day, and end with dinner and relaxation. Any specific tasks will be completed according to owner/dog schedule.
