Mercedes was truly amazing and very professional! I was very nervous to use Rover for the first time and wanted to be sure my Great Dane was in a safe and loving place - especially as it was his first time away from us. Mercedes asked many questions to be sure it was a good fit for our dog + her own pets (two Great Danes + 2 dog savvy cats). She even set up a big crate for our boy as he still sleeps in one at night to be sure he felt comfortable and at ease. When you don’t know someone’s dogs, it can be a little tense to fully trust them when interacting with your dog. But - her dogs were awesome and extremely friendly. Given that our 11 month old Dane can be a handful when he gets the zoomies, her dogs helped correct him and teach him appropriate manners while playing and running around (which is great for him!). Additionally, we got picture updates now and again and regular communication about how everything was going - which we didn’t expect but really appreciated! All in all, an excellent experience.

My dog loves Mercedes! She cares for the pets as if they were her own fur babies. She is respectful & trustworthy. Animals love her & so do we!
