Hi there- thank you for watching our pets. We do appreciate what you did. I know you fed both pets and cleaned Max's litter and I truly appreciate it. However there are a couple things we asked you to do that were not done: All mail still in mailbox. Instead of cleaning auto feeder after use you reloaded it with more food (disgusting). You guys didn't cover tomato plant at all. Despite my instructions with request in text string. Didn't call for instructions re how to pull drip line out of pot. This is so simple. We had to remove about 6 inches of snow from plants at 1030pm and try to save about $150 worth of plants. There were three spots in carpet that you guys attempted to clean. You never mentioned who did it? Why did the pet get sick? Our pets don't usually vomit or make messes in house. I'd love to know why it occurred - what caused it? I think I see orange stain - was it Stella? If you had called me- I could have told you where to find appropriate spot remover. As it is- I didn't find spot to treat until much later and am still working on spots. Lastly, despite cold temperatures outside you left bathroom window open. I had opened it the day you arrived as temps were 60+. And if I'm being honest, I'm a little surprised you didn't strip your bedsheets and towels for me. It was nice meeting you both and I really thought I would be tipping you. However, you won't know these things unless people provide feedback. As much as I don't like to provide negative feedback, I want you to learn from this. As have I. I will definitely include these things In written communication going forward.
