Your pet will feel right home with a large fenced in yard, and plenty of room to run and play if you are seeking day care or boarding. Regular potty breaks, as well as structured and free play. During warmer temps, pups would be able to swim. Great exercise for any dog, but especially for older dogs since it wouldn’t put pressure on joints or hips. I work with dogs on their commands and training to reinforce good behavior at home and away! If crate training is something you are working on, please let me know. Otherwise, dogs are only crated at the request of their owners. If you are looking for cat care, don’t let my clowder make you a scaredy cat! Your sweet kitty will have her/his very own suite, complete with with window beds, cat tower, and plenty of nooks and crannies to tuck away until s/he starts to feel safe and friendly. I have 5 cats that range in age from 2 to 18. My oldest requires special care. So if your pet has special needs, you can rest assured that they will be cared for well. I also have 3 goats and a full time doggy-day care guest, Cricket. (That’s why it says that I have 2 dogs.) I believe that each animal has its own personality, fun quirks, and needs. I work from home, with a very flexible schedule which allows for plenty of playtime and potty breaks. Mornings begin about 6:30 with a potty break and breakfast, then we’ll head out to do outside chores (weather permitting). We will be in and out of the house all day, with supper between 5-6, can be modified for your pet at your request. Last potty break is before I go to bed, about 10. The goats are the only animals that remain outside overnight. I have a fenced in yard, and escort guest animals everywhere on the property. I am where they are and vice versa. I have the ability to separate animals if needed. My cats usually hang out upstairs when guest dogs are in the house, and as they get more comfortable, they will come check things out. I do not crate, unless that is requested by the owner and discussed.
