Mely has had dogs and cats her whole life and has taken care of pets for a lifetime. We have a sweet 4 year old hound/Shepard mix named Rolo, a 1 year old beagle/foxhound mix Ruby, and a 14 year old cat, Bea Arthur. Jon and I have fostered pups for three different organizations and have been animal sitters. We LOVE the doggos and cats. We have experience taking care of very sick dogs and dogs that have been abused. We are both very gentle and can work on basic training with dogs. We have a good size fenced yard, but part is not 6 foot. So, please no escape artists and jumpers. No overly anxious or aggressive dogs, please. Ruby is still learning, and we don’t want these influences. We always want to do meet and greets before any bookings to make sure everyone will be okay together and learn about your dog before we agree to anything. We are both working from home right now. We know it's hard to be away from our little lovies, but we are happy to ease some of that stress. Dogs gets 2-3 walks a day. We walk at parks and in the neighborhood. Dogs can be free roamers or crated in the house when we are not home; we can accommodate your dog(s) in the whatever way is best for you. Dogs are free to sleep on our bed and couches as well. Would love to meet your dog and Rolo and Ruby would LOVE to have a friend to play with. Because we work from home, a well behaved dog would be easily welcomed and integrated into our home and life. We take our dogs on lots of walks, so good manners are very helpful on walks when one of us is walking three. We have a fenced yard but not all of it is 6 feet. No jumpers or escape artists, please. We want your pup to be safe We have two dogs, so our lives are all about dogs. They are our babies, and we treat them that way. When we welcome other dogs into the house, we treat them the same. We have a fully fenced yard but part is not 6 feet. Ruby is active and very much puppy energy. They both are vocal when they play. Ruby usually barks for about 5-10 minutes when she first meets dogs and when they come over. She settles after that. Rolo is more chill but will play, too.
