I’ve taken care of friends’ pets but most of my pet care experience comes from my own pets. Growing up I had a small dog…along with a ferret, hamsters, gerbils, and birds. I currently have a cat that we rescued from the streets when he was a kitten. I also have a dog that I recently rescued and who wasn’t socialized very much with people. Because of that, he’s afraid of new people and new things. He LOVES other dogs and animals though! So if you want a play buddy for your dog, then my dog is the guy to call. Additionally, because of my dog’s anxiety, I have some experience taking care of special needs dogs; which takes patience.
