Since the tender age of seven pets have been a crucial part of my family. I remember it so tenderly the day my family got our first dog, her name was Diamond. Throughout the fifteen years we had Diamond as our furry companion I indulged in every moment I had to sit,play,walk and talk with her. Sadly, she was put down in the vet a few years back, due to an incident in which she was protecting me. I say all that to say this, I hold pets very near and dear to my heart for all the joy and happiness they bring out in us as people. Since her passing I have gone down to over 15 shelters to find pets new homes. I know the ins and outs of grooming and sitting a pet. Not to mention, I am a avid walker so I am promptly walking a few blocks every few hours (e.g walks for the pets).
