Pet care experience
I've had pets of all kinds since I was little but started doing my part when I was 8. I'd help with cats, dogs, and even exotics. I follow routines and concerns as stated by owners. I've worked with animals as big as Great Danes to as small as bottle baby kittens and lizards.

Melody would dog sit our dogs from the time she was allowed to stay by herself (around 14 years old). Then when she turned 16 she would overnight sit for us so we had more free reign to go on vacations and see the world. She has always been very attentive to the dogs she watched and learned each of their personalities well. When we got Zeva as a puppy Melody even helped poppy train her and give her new tricks to learn. While we personally do not have cats or other common animals ourselves, we have seen how well and passionate she is towards all animals, to the largest of Great Danes, to the smallest of Geckos. Melody will make sure to give your pets all the care and love that they need.
Melody has provide pet sitting services for our family many times. When she is taking care of our pets (3 dogs and a cat) we know they will be well cared for. Each of our pets have their own routine and likes. Melody ensures that their routines remain the same and they are well loved. Highly recommend!

Personally I have 2 cats and a leapord gecko so I personally don't have any outside space I would be able to take an animal for boarding. For a client's I would like to get to know their rountine and what the dog is used to, whether it's playtime in a fenced back yard or a walk around the neighborhood.

-Feeding schedule -Specific routines for potty breaks (Walk in the morning, in the yard at noon, walk after 6pm, etc), -Medications and how to administer. -Am I able to leave or do I have to stay with the pet the whole time, or a combination of the two. -Behavior (friendly, dog reactive, etc.)
A typical day
I love getting to know the dog or animal personally and making sure they are comfortable where they are. I enjoy playing games with them like fetch or frisbee. Walks will only be where the pet parents allow and if they are comfortable with me taking them to somewhere new.

Availability
I currently work a full-time job from 8am-4:30pm. I do not mind doing later in the day walks or drop-ins. I will always accept a house sitting option as long as the animals are okay with a normal work schedule. Thank you for checking out my profile!
