Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Melody, I'm 33 years old and looking to meet some new friends! I have been a Veterinary Technician for going on 10 years, I worked in an animal shelter for a couple of years before that. I've also been volunteering for local rescues/shelters for going on 13 years. Needless to say animals are literally my life :) I own 4 dogs, 4 cats and 1 Bearded Dragon. I live with my husband and stepson in Peoria. My dogs compete in dog sports and they absolutely love it! I have experience with all different breeds of dogs, size, temperament etc. Cats too! I can even help administer medications, injections, subq fluids, nail trims and more if needed. I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies!!

Please let me know if your dog has any special considerations prior to visit/walk. If they do not "enjoy" children, other dogs, strangers etc. Also if they have any certain triggers that upset them so I can accommodate accordingly!
A typical day
I love providing enrichment to any dog I take care of. Physical and mental exercise is so important! I'm also passionate about basic obedience training that helps create a confident pup!

I work 3 twelve hour shifts as a vet tech so I'm available 4 days out of the week for drop in visits and walks!
