Hi, my name is Mélody, I'm French and I moved to the USA in September 2022. I am a part-time kennel technician at Rocky Mountain Feline Rescue so I have plenty of time for taking care of your sweeties during the afternoon! I hold a Fear Free certification, which helps in my ability to provide a stress-free environment for your beloved pets. We have adopted two cats from the animal shelter I worked for the past 4 years. They're used to other pets so I can take care of your pet in my house if needed! We just have to make an introduction to see if they are ok together. I have helped more than 50 families when I lived in the Netherlands the past 4 years. When I do my pet-sitting visites, I'm adapting according to your needs and those of your pet. I have very good boundaries with cats, people calls me the cat whisperer! If your pet need oral or subcutaneous medication like insuline injection I'm experienced with that. For the dog walking, I can walk between 30 minutes and one hour, it will depend of your dog's energy. Your cat can go everywhere he/she wants. My cats would probably just try to take a look at her/him in the beginning and that's it. They will eventually play with your pet, if they feel comfortable with him/her. You're more than welcome to bring your pet's bed and other stuff like toys and blanket so he/she can feel comfortable. Be assured your pet will be in good hands with me!
