Melody was wonderful. Our first time to use Rover. Spent the day visiting Eureka Springs and did not want to leave Sadie in the car or be restricted to activities. Melody was great communicating scheduling the drop off and once we met her, felt very comfortable knowing that Sadie was in loving arms.

Melody has been an animal owner since she was young. During the time I’ve known her she has had 3 dogs, two cats, a rabbit, two birds, and several hedgehogs, which has allowed her to gain a wealth of knowledge when it comes to proper animal care. She is kind and patient when it comes to animals, and showers them with love. Melody has cared for my pets when I’ve gone anyway, and kept me updated with notes and photos the entire time I’ve been gone. I have never had to worry when my pets are in her care and I can’t say enough about her ability to love and bond with any animal she meets.
