Pet care experience
Hi! I grew up with a terrier family dog who was much loved. We got him when I was 4 and he passed when I was in grade 12. I adopted a stray cat who I loved for 10 years. I now have a young spayed cairn terrier mix, Marley. She is the happiest, friendliest dog and my “little girl”. I love her to bits! Marley helped pick out her little sister, Hope, a Maltese puppy. Next are, Pongo (Maltese) and Bright (Yorkie). Our newest addition is Sand, a yorkanese male. We would love to have your pet come to play with us! I’m home all day. Day Care, Boarding and 30 minute drop in visits to walk/feed/snuggle your pet while you’re away are a good option. I’m also happy to housesit if you’re going on vacation as long as my fur babies are welcome as well. I look forward to chatting with you about your requirements and meeting your fur baby(s)!

Melody was fantastic. My dog stayed with her for 3 days and just happened to get sick during the stay. She didnt hesitate and took him to the vet right away. She took great care of my dog, and was very loving and caring even though it was a difficult situation. I highly recommend her. Thanks again Melody.

Melody and Marley made our dog Higgins feel right at home. Marley welcomed him at the gate where the playing began. Melody has a gentle and caring personality. It's so reassuring to have someone kind and reliable in another city to leave Higgins with when we visit. If you're looking for a home away from home environment for your pet, Melody's is that place!
Hi Melody would be a great dog caregiver, cause of how I have watched her with her dog. Melody makes sure her dog gets two walks a day, even when she doesn't feel like going. She loves animals and would care for them just like her own child.

A typical day
We have a school across the street and a walking trail close by that we can go for a walk to. We have plenty of toys and snuggles inside the house. My eldest dog, Marley, loves to play with toys!

I’m at home full time and do 3-8 dog visits per week for a working lady in town. Otherwise, I’m always here to cuddle and love your pet(s).
