We would not recommend Mell. We booked Mell in conjunction with another Rover house sitter to cover some time gaps while we were out of town. Mell was very late to her scheduled appointment time. We were aware Mell was late due to our security system notifications. We were very concerned for our dog since we did not know if Mell was going to show up at all. We finally got in contact with her prior to her showing up to our house and she stated to us that every was going great, that our dog was adorable, and that she needed our wifi password and then quickly hung up on us. In other words, she directly lied to us and pretended to be at the house when she wasn't. In the end Mell was 1 hour and 45 minutes late in arriving to our house. She sent us text updates, but would not pick up her phone to discuss the situation with us, even after we let her know we were well aware she had lied to us. We had booked her the following morning as well and she showed up 30 minutes late. Her care of our dog was fine as far as we know, but due to her lying to us and being consistently late we will not be using Mell again.

I am good friend of Mell and everytime I need someone to take care of my dog Akule, I make sure to ask her first before anyone else. She is a very responsible person and always makes sures Akule is well taken care of. She takes him out on walks so he could get his daily excercise, feeds him daily, plays with him and above all, makes sure to give him lots of love. Hundred recommend her as a dog sitter.
