Pet care experience
Hello future clients! I am a UTSA student studying biology, aspiring a future in animal rehabilitation. I am from El Paso, Texas, and I have moved into a brand new pet-loving apartment complex here in San Antonio. There is a lot of grass, a dog park, and plenty of space for a dog to run around! I have pets of my own back home, and have 2 years of personal experience caring for, bathing, playing with, and walking small, medium, and large dogs. I have worked with breeds that are loud, not house broken, hyper/energetic, anxious, and even slightly hostile. I am completely open to working with dogs and animals that may have issues or be difficult for others to care for. Hopefully you find me to be a good fit :)

Information melissa w. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know what the dog enjoys before I sit him or her. Does your dog like water? Do they have separation anxiety? Do they like other people/dogs? What are their favorite treats, and how many am I allowed to give them? I have no breed preferences.
A typical day
We will go on walks around the neighborhood and spend lots of time in the dog park. The dog park has peak hours where your dog can enjoy playing with other dogs, or if you would prefer I play with them in the dog park when it is empty, I am certainly willing to go during slow hours. I give great belly rubs and scratches behind the ear and under the collar. If you dog enjoys the water, they are more than welcome down at our resort style pool, where they can relax in the cabanas with the fan on them, or dip their toes in the shallow water (4 inches tall). If you want your dog coming home fresh and clean, I am more than happy to bathe your dog for you.
