Pet care experience
I’m an experienced, trustworthy pet sitter and have worked with pets for over 20 years. I am a stay at home mom and live with my husband and 2 boys, 10 and 4 years old. I also have a puppy, GSD. I board small dogs only in my home in a cage free environment. I am able to administer meds and follow special instructions as needed. I will love and care for your pet like no other. I take pride in making them feel comfortable, stress free and happy when they are with me. I am home full time and when the weather is nice will always be out in my yard with your pet. I’m very observant of pets and their needs and will always communicate with you if any problems should arise. I have loved animals all of my life and will love yours like my own.

Melissa is great! We left our dog with her while we are on vacation as well as weekly visits. She sent pictures and updates to let us know what a wonderful time our boy was having. Melissa's flexible hours for drop off and pickups are very helpful. Our dog loves spending time there and is so excited when he sees her!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Melissa! She is SO kind and has the biggest heart for ALL animals, but especially dogs. We worked at our vets office and our pups were always SO happy to see her- we were thrilled to find out she was doing dog sitting and boarding. Our one dog had several medications and Melissa was so organized about what to give him and at what time. Her attention to detail gave me so much peace when we were traveling because I knew my dogs would be in the absolute best hands. She would always give us updates- and send pictures. Our boys lived long lives and were lucky enough to have Melissa love them too....when we adopt again we will definitely be calling her- she is a gem. Melissa sees EVERY dog for who they are- and loves them!
Have used Melissa many times over the years with my dog & also a rabbit. You will never find someone as caring for your pet than her. She's been a manager at AMC for years,til she took a break for having children. She is extremely knowledgeable & caring for any animal,& goes that extra mile to make sure your pet is well cared for.You won't ever have to worry with her in charge!
Melissa has been a wonderful dog sitter. The best. She’s dependable, flexible and caring. She has taken really good care of our little Yorkshire Terrier over the past few years. He loves visiting with her and her family. Whenever we drop him off we know that he’s in really good hands and that means a lot to us.
